Price List and Order Form
We are
offering our delicious grass fed beef at the following introductory
prices. These prices are being offered to our friends for a limited
time. Our hope is that you will help us with our marketing by giving
us lots of feedback on the beef. We want to hear from you about
everything from taste and tenderness to what else you would like to
see such as recipes or cooking tools.
We are
not yet offering individual cuts, but we hope to soon. The best
value can be found in our side or quarter of beef. Get together a
group of friends or family if you don’t have the freezer space for
this much beef. Or if you’re trying grass fed beef for the first
time, we recommend a 25 lb. Family Pack. This way you get a sampling
of the many different cuts.
- Whole carcass processed
however you would like - $5.00/lb.
- Side of beef (approximately 200
lbs.) - $5.50/lb. A side includes all the different
cuts of meat. When you order a side you also receive The
Grassfed Gourmet Cookbook by Shannon Hayes, a wonderful
cookbook with delicious recipes and important cooking
information when working with grass fed meats
- Up to 100 lbs. - $6.00/lb.
- Family packs, with a
sampling of cuts are available in 25 lbs, 50 lbs, and 75 lbs.
We
recommend that you bring your family and come to Braeburn Farm
to pick up your beef. We will be happy to give you a tour of the
farm and all the information on Grass Fed Beef you can handle! If
you cannot come to the farm, we are happy to ship the beef to you.
